Mac Address is nothing but the physical address of your machine. It is uniquely assigned to the network interfaces for communication purpose. It is assigned by the manufacturer of network interface controller( NIC ) , this NIC is read-only memory.

It is a technique which can change the manufacturer's assigned media access control address of a network interface. As we know that mac address can't be changed but there are few tools available which makes the OS believe that NIC has mac address of user's choice.
What is the need of mac address spoofing?
Spoofing mac address makes you anonymous over the network. It hides your true identity. Mostly the spoofing is done for hacking purposes or gain access over the networks which have blocked your pc to connect to them.
How to do it?
It's too simple to spoof mac address. All we need is a PC and an operating system Kali linux. Kali linux comes with a inbuilt command known as macchanger which is used to spoof your mac address. All you need to do is just follow this 1 minute video and become anonymous over the network!!!
